Returns Policy

At Regency & Riviera, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item under the following conditions.

Return Period

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The return shipping fee will not be covered by Regency & Riviera.

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our Miami location (Postal Code 33140, United States). The full return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
